MstrPerry: sure MstrPerry: I'm 36 years old and I've been in the lifstyle for over 2 years, I had a great learing experiance here in our household with Vran having over 25 years experiance MstrPerry: so I kinda got totally imersed malli[VP]: Alot of you know me as rayna, but I am 31 year old 24/7 slave to Master Perry and Master Vran. malli[VP]: Master Perry runs the dungeon at the biggest swingers club in Atlanta, GA MstrPerry: well we were kind of thrust into the dungeon master role * malli[VP] nods PhntmJoe: How so? malli[VP]: Well Joe, I will explain that * MsJeriah finds this very interesting malli[VP]: Master and I started going to the club.. and meet the Dungeon Master there at the time malli[VP]: The Dungeon Master decided he was moving out of state.. and turned it over to his understudy so to speak.. MsBecky malli[VP]: They decided to do it only on Fridays.. and asked Master Perry to take over on saturdays malli[VP]: So.. Master Perry and I have been running that dungeon for 7 months now kytten: do You have dungeon monitors to assist You MstrPerry: we had no idea how it was going to go....we were just going there to talk about our life and to play MstrPerry: No kytten, we do it all ourselves * NTesla is way interested to find that there's something other than PEP in Atlanta VikeKing: lots of other stuff in Atlanta actually PhntmJoe: Anything else Master Perry, malli, before we get into the first questions? malli[VP]: Not that i can think of Sir malli[VP]: Master? MstrPerry: no w'ell move on and catch questions at the end PhntmJoe: Ok...KttN has the first question KttN: ? KttN: :) KttN: BDSM and swinging were pretty much tied in years ago, so my question is... KttN: What is your opinion of sex in public dungeons and play parties? Personally I won't attend one that doesn't allow it, but that is me :). * malli[VP] giggles MstrPerry: well, i think is worderful to be able to express yourself and take a session that far if its safe and concentual its the ultimate ending to a scene... MstrPerry: I have been to so many dungeons where its not allowed...nor is even useing toys, its very limiting , especially when your in a commited couple * malli[VP] curls up while Master types KttN: *nods* very few places allow it MstrPerry: while I dont typically have sex with my clients in the dungeon ..it is allowed and I think its great MstrPerry: malli any thing to add? malli[VP]: umm No * malli[VP] smiles PhntmJoe: ok...ready for the next? malli[VP]: I suppose so PhntmJoe: Do you have any general safety tips for scene players? What safety items do you pack in your own bag? malli[VP]: One thing is that for me and Master.. we push safety big time MstrPerry: yes...when I learned saftey was beaten into my head over and over..... malli[VP]: The things that we would need... are mostly kept at the dungeon... so we don't aacutally carry much with us PhntmJoe: what kind of things do you keep there? MstrPerry: The club really supplies most of the things I need like a fully stocked first aid kit and fire extinguisher but the most impotant thing I keep on me is a set of saftey shears malli[VP]: what he said malli[VP]: We really don't do that much rough play for us to really need much, most of the people that we session are new MstrPerry: well a good kit will have bandages and burn creams....tape and the like PhntmJoe: anything else you've seen others carry in with them that might be a good idea? malli[VP]: alcohol swabs, malli[VP]: lotion or cream for redden skin MstrPerry: knowledge is the best thing...all that stuff wont help if you dont know what to do in an emergency * malli[VP] nods and agrees with Master PhntmJoe: Ok, so to keep this going...What would you tell people, would be rules of thumb, as far as safety concerns MstrPerry: I would advise everyone to brush up on cpr when doing this type of thing...I had to for work malli[VP]: YOu don't suspend fat ppl:) MstrPerry: I always teach people where NOT to hit firt...... MstrPerry: first even.... * malli[VP] giggles thinks she in trouble for that comment * kytten bites her tongue PhntmJoe: Wanna share those places with us Master Perry? MstrPerry: the neck , ribs and kidney areas are the most frequently hit danger zones I see in new people PhntmJoe: Anything else either of you wanna add before the next question? MstrPerry: practicing on a pillow( I named mine brat) is always a good idea before graduating to live target MstrPerry: also covering it with a towel will allow you to see where the strike landed MstrPerry: you dont want to go below the latt muscle on the back....nor above the protruding bone at the base of the neck malli[VP]: and my opinion... practice practice practice before using something on another person PhntmJoe: anything else? malli[VP]: he is typing * malli[VP] holds up the flag MstrPerry: I try to keep strikes no greater than a 45 degree angle , not side to side , that keeps you from wrapping the ribs so much * malli[VP] smiles malli[VP]: Did that answer the question Joe Sir? PhntmJoe: I think so PhntmJoe: ready for the next ? malli[VP]: yes PhntmJoe: Have you ever been shocked by others play? And if so, how did you bring it back to a safe median for the general crowd in attendance? * malli[VP] nods malli[VP]: hrm NTesla: good q MstrPerry: Rarely have I been shocked...I perform most of the session there at the club...... * malli[VP] nods malli[VP]: We do about 98% of the sessions at the club MstrPerry: but now the vannilla people have freaked a little on me before they started to trust me MstrPerry: they used to run to the dungeon when I cracked my single tail, and before I got there fire play was forbiddedn...we got that resended after they became comfortable with it PhntmJoe: so in the dungeon, you do most of the scenes Master Perry, other dominants don't? MstrPerry: once in a while a Dom or a couple will come in and I love it when they do...but mostly what we do there is teach the swingers how to play, safely and try to get them to understand why we do what we do PhntmJoe: Ok, another questions for you two PhntmJoe: Are you a voyeur? I mean do you like watching all that play? I have noticed a whole lot of fisting going on lately. MstrPerry: I have been asked to do single tail scenes that were rather intence.... malli[VP]: There are times that we are asked to come into a scene and help with it... I not sure you would consider them intense MstrPerry: and the verbal stuff that went along with it was along the lines of humiliation...and the daddy thing MstrPerry: sometimes Ill lean over during a rest period with a female sub and just sniff the air in front of her...then tell her that I thought what I was doing was having the correct effect...they always blush * malli[VP] grins NTesla: *grin* KttN: hehe that is a good one MstrPerry: most of the intensity though is for them.... MstrPerry: I know whats going to happen and a mind fuck can be a great thing to get them to space PhntmJoe: Have you ever had to stop a scene? Because perhaps it was too brutal? Looked to be obviously non-consensual? malli[VP]: The only one that I can think of malli[VP]: is when A person we knew.. had a girl on the cross and was spanking her and flogging her extermely hard malli[VP]: We didn't stop it. but I sure did make sure she was ok with it MstrPerry: no I really havent....there have beem a couple where I was present, one was where the sub was actually fighting back at her Master and we ended up stopping others from stopping the scene... MstrPerry: and another where daddi S was so far into her verbal trip that she began cursing and crying.... malli[VP]: But that was part of it for them.. She got off on the fighting back.. and him restraining her MstrPerry: they were checked on and we found that it was a usual thing for them * malli[VP] nods PhntmJoe: ok...another one for you PhntmJoe: KttN's good at writing all these down PhntmJoe: What irks you most about some folks who play in the scene? What are some of the biggest mistakes both play-wise and etiquette-wise you have seen? * malli[VP] giggles MstrPerry: people who play my kink is ok...your's is not... malli[VP]: Well, i not sure it was a bad mistake.. but was rather funny.. Master had taken me to PEP.. and a girl i had NEVER met.. walked up and said.. MstrPerry: with some of the impliments we use can be very dangeous as we all know.....there's always room for a little practice * malli[VP] nods malli[VP]: When Master got his single tail... he practiced for Months.. before he ever hit me with it malli[VP]: so when he did.. I knew... he knew what he was doing MstrPerry: I used the singletail on a newspaper for months before letting it touch malli MstrPerry: the best teaching tool is a mentor...I believe very strongly in that * malli[VP] agrees PhntmJoe: Ok...KttN has the next one for you * MstrPerry ducks and grins * malli[VP] giggles KttN: this is a nice one :) malli[VP]: sure darlin KttN KttN: What do you consider dangerous play? Personally I consider over the head arm suspension to be dangerous since it does put a strain on the heart. Ever had to rescue anyone? MstrPerry: to put the last part at rest...no I've never had to rescue anyone yet (knock wood)..... KttN: i should say i con sider it dangerous for some ppl MstrPerry: but Id say that since we dont have the equipment yet to do suspention at VH.....what we do that is dangerous is breath play and fire play..... MstrPerry: you have less than 2 seconds to get the fire under control when you play that way... MstrPerry: and we do keep that fire extingusher handy... * NTesla finds it really hard to understand doing breath or fire play around vanillas. MstrPerry: on breath play..I dont use bags or things like that when were in public.....some rope maybe....but only with those (like malli) who know what Im going to do...and I watch the body language closely in every session * malli[VP] nods PhntmJoe: Ok...a KttN question here....again.... PhntmJoe: Do you get hit on alot? * malli[VP] grins * radish giggles malli[VP]: He does MstrPerry: KttN question lol.... malli[VP]: I don't KttN: i had to ask :) MstrPerry: well depends on how you look at it... MstrPerry: I see it as I get used alot....people come in get info or a session and then run off to a private room to finish up.... MstrPerry: but I make lots of friends and get lots of smiles......EG KttN: i bet :) * phreec curls up in her chair to be very quiet PhntmJoe: here's another one PhntmJoe: Have you ever found a new kink you wanted to try out after seeing others doing it? MstrPerry: if you meet with a Dom you could be putting your life on the line so ask around in their local area to see what people will say..... MstrPerry: also the first, if not the first few meetings should be in public with people YOU know well in attendance... Valarie: and that goes for anyone you meet from the internet. not just SM related people. honor your safety wherever you can. I believe it really depends on the person.. what is going on.. and how much the sub is into what is goin on malli[VP]: For me.... It takes different amount of time.... if he is flogging... or we are doing knife play itsme{GD}: subspace can happen from just the sound of a voice or a situation...doesn't always involve play MstrPerry: mind set has a lot to do with that too.....sometimes something as simple as a lower rope harness can and has caused a girl to space much more quickly.... gem11: i take it your talking about very expierenced subs.... How do you know? malli[VP]: He uses his judgement.. and thank goodness it has never been wrong yet NTesla Foord__: MP--along this line--there are also forms of play you might think are too dangerous? MstrPerry: Foord__, theres nothing I can think of we havent covered that I wouldn't do.....breath play and fire play I think are the most dangerous things I will engage in MstrPerry: breath play is very dangerous Foord__: nods gem11: how so? malli[VP]: gem was that on breathplay? gem11: short of suffocating someone? gem11: or maybe i don't understand it malli[VP]: breathplay is cutting off the flow of oxygen to the brain MstrPerry: yes dear cutting off the air supply with either hands rope bags or what ever you can use * ayla{DL} thinks MstrPerry is the first person who she's met who admits that breath play is dangerou,s but admits to engaging in it NTesla: So intuition is valuable. That's good. I hate to say it, but I think most accidents happen because self-absorbtion denies that very intuition. * malli[VP] nods to NTesla MstrPerry: understand that what we do may not be the extreme stuff you're thinking of..... gem11: thank god...... MstrPerry: typically what I do is use loose ended rope (not tied in any way) and gather it behind the neck and tighten.... MstrPerry: when you let go...there is no way for there to be pressure still....a saftey measure gem11: what about putting a ball gag in your subs mouth and holding their nose? MstrPerry: they can still breath then gem11...godd idea to pay close attention though... MstrPerry: but a few seconds with that wont hurt anyone physically gem11: okay MstrPerry: it may emotionally though so you have to be ready ayla{DL}: my Master generally uses his hands...and keeps a VERY close eye on me * malli[VP] likes the hands around her neck ;) MstrPerry: there you go ayla{DL}.....and once again....if there is a problem the hand will come off usually before a thought gem11: my trainer does what i just described and i can't breath with the ball gag in my mouth.. MstrPerry: you need to let your trainer know if it causeing a problem gem11 KttN: gem, i have done that and i think i choke from fear more than anything else. it scares me freyja{T}: it scares me as well, but its getting better, i used to panic but no longer gem11: yes, i do have to admit it scares me too gem11: i can't hold my breath too long :-) ayla{DL}: I thnk it would scare me with anyone else...trust is a major factor in things like that I think frey ja{T}: me either, i have asthma MstrPerry: ahhhhh...one of my favorite things though.....its very exciteing to be a little afraid in a safe situation ayla{DL}: hmmm..I shoulda said would "terrify" me...there is always a little fear involved...a "healthy" amount moonlite: yep MstrPerry: true....as Doms we aslo have the responiblility to keep you feeling safe and not terrify gem11: i still panic, but then i haven't been involved with this very long either. I trust them so much on the fact that I KNOW in my heart they would never harm me.. that i Not afraid of of anything... (so far) PhntmJoe: does anyone else have a question for our speakers? gem11: What advise do you have for new subs in a public environment? * malli[VP] hrmms MstrPerry: well, gem11...other than what we talked about in setting up a safe meeting.... malli[VP]: gem... you meant in a public.. like lifestyle place? gem11: like going into a public environment with my trainer. MstrPerry: when you go to a function where there will be play, ask questions make friends, don't feel pressured to play your fist time out...that will some...
